Clegg youngest dart player to ever qualify for a World Championship event

‘Wonder Kid’ – Mitchell Clegg made DPA and PDC history yesterday by winning the 2006 Oceanic Masters at the Central Coast Leagues Club in Gosford. The current Australian Junior Champion – Mitchell, who turns 16 in November becomes the youngest dart player to qualify for a World Championship event in the history of the Sport. However, he has a level of maturity far beyond his tender age as indicated by his darting prowess, growing list of darting achievements, Tournament victories and his display of professionalism over this past weekend of darts.
