JAMES WADE opened his challenge at the Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship with victory against Steve Brown as the tournament’s first round concluded on Wednesday night.
The world number three recorded his highest ever average in the World Championship of 96.65 in seeing off Bristol’s Brown 3-1 at Alexandra Palace.
