MARK WEBSTER made a winning debut in the Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship on Sunday afternoon, edging past Mark Walsh 3-2 at Alexandra Palace.
Wales’ Webster, the 2008 Lakeside Champion, moved onto the PDC circuit in February and battled to qualify for a first PDC World Championship, where he took on the world number 13 Walsh.

ADRIAN LEWIS produced a sensational 26-minute demolition of Irish qualifier Aodhagan O’Neill to win through to the second round of the Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship on Saturday night.
Lewis, the 24-year-old from Stoke, produced a 106.51 average – the best so far in the tournament – and hit six 180s in one of his best televised performances.
