Phil Taylor Teaches Adrian Lewis One More Darts Lesson with 6-0 Whitewash in German Darts Classic Final

Phil Taylor whitewashed Adrian Lewis 6-0 to win the final of the German Darts Classic in Gladbeck.

Taylor claimed a third successive Players Championship win with the triumph, bouncing back in style from defeat to James Wade in the Whyte & Mackay Premier League Darts on Thursday.

The world number one dropped only six legs in seven games on Saturday, including four 6-0 victories as he took the £6,000 title.

All Ireland Darts Champion Daryl Gurney is recovered from an injury to his hand is ready to get back to the oche and will be chunking the arrows at this weekend’s Six Nations Darts Tournament.

The tournament will take place at the Hastings Everglades Hotel, and will see players from England, Holland, Ireland, Wales, Scotland, and Wales do battle and the 21 year old Gurney can’t wait for the competition to begin.

King reigns Supreme as James Wade Turns off The Power 8-4

Phil Taylor suffered his first defeat of the 2009 Whyte & Mackay Premier League Darts with an 8-4 loss to James Wade at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast on Thursday.

The four-time Premier League champion showed signs of weakness with a draw against Terry Jenkins in the third week of the tournament, and fell to defeat seven days later as Wade continued his resurgence.

Tony David Doing Well, Recovering From Liver Transplant

According to the BDO website, Tony David, though still in Intensive Care, is doing well after undergoing a liver transplant operation.

Whyte & Mackay Premier League Preview

Belfast’s Odyssey Arena will witness a rematch of the 2008 Whyte & Mackay Premier League Darts final between Phil Taylor and James Wade on Thursday.

The £400,000 tournament returns to Northern Ireland for the fourth of 14 league nights, which will be played in front of over 7,000 fans.

Parkhill Piranha’s Youth Dart League 2nd Annual Provincial Fundraiser

A fundraiser with proceeds benifiting the Parkhill Piranha’s Youth Dart League will be held April 25, 2009. The event will be located at the Royal Canadian Legion, 200 Broad Street, Parkhill Ontario Canada. All money raised will be put towards sending the team to Provincials in March & May, any additional funds will go toward their end of year banquet.
