Paul Nicholson and Phil Bottrell Take Wins at DPA Wagga RSL Darts Classic
There was thunder down under this past weekend as Phil Nicholson and Phil “Pee Wee” Bottrell each took a victory in the Dart Player’s Australia Wagga RSL Darts Classic.
Saturdays day belonged to Nicholson taking out the final 6-0 over 2006 William Cross Quarter finalist Pete” MC” corcoran.
Sunday Phil Bottrell took out Shane Tichowitsch in the final 6-2 for his first ever victory on the Grand prix circuit.Phil had narrowly defeated Paul Nicholson 5-4 in a close tough fought semi final which saw Pee Wee nail D13 for a 5-4 victory.Other consistent performances Saturday came from Brian Roach Rob modra and Russell Stewart.
