I think subconsciously James would have liked to have beaten Phil in the final just because he's never done it before and it would have given the victory a lot more satisfaction. The tournament itself gets bigger every year and can't wait for next year! Hoping to see Gary Anderson amongst the eight players, although I don't think we'll be seeing Mardle again I'm afraid unless he has a fantastic season in other competitions. It was a shame to see Mardle bow out of the competition he's a great character I hope he's back at the oche soon. I'm glad Wade took the title he deserved it but I would have liked to see him face Taylor in the final, that would have been a great showdown.
